7-Point Pre-Order Checklist: Lemforder Tie Rods, Strut Mounts, Brake Calipers, and Filters

Mistakes I Still See on Work Orders

  • Relying on year/make/model fitment for tie rods and strut mounts. Use the VIN or chassis code.
  • Assuming a caliper that won't compress is defective. Check for wind-back style, seized slides, or a full brake fluid reservoir first.
